Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Food Services Supervisor at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Order Management: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
