We have a highly talented and dedicated team, and we are looking for a Director of Marketing to join us and drive our growth to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Contribute feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategy and tactics.
  3. Measure and analyze the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Improve brand visibility and ranking by at least 40% through strategic marketing initiatives.
  5. Execute public relations and obtain mainstream media coverage of the company.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  2. 10+ years of experience in growth and revenue roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B software businesses.
  3. Strong understanding of the compliance software industry, including regulations and industry standards.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Outstanding leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using data to inform growth and revenue decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
