Marketing Operations Director

About the Role:
Paper Street Media is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director to lead the marketing operations rhythm at our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing best practices, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute on our strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and top-of-funnel audience growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization of initiatives and drive cross-functional efforts to operationalize and optimize projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of revenue-critical systems and infrastructure, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics.
- Provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics.
- Develop and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including key data, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency.
- Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent in video and digital types and formats, with a strong understanding of asset management, servicing, and ad trafficking.
- Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media.
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments to align on strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical acumen to evaluate complex systems and dissect problems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
