About the Role
As a Sales Associate with Ricki's, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store. We are looking for passionate brand ambassadors who have a passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering questions about our products
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to our visual merchandising standards and participating in store housekeeping
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods
• Participate in product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on our latest fashion trends and products
• Perform point-of-sale transactions and process customer returns and exchanges
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience

Requirements
• Friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
• Interest in fashion and an eye for style
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
• Flexible availability to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
