Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination

Coordinate and oversee the provision of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Operational Planning and Management

Develop, implement, and manage operational plans, budgets, and procedures to achieve business objectives.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, direct, and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related functions.

Budgeting and Financial Management

Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective financial management and compliance.

Reporting and Communication

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Skills and Qualifications

Computer and Technology Skills
