Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Regent Park Fairchild Reality inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the office is running efficiently

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
