Job Summary

Vitality Integrative Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising a team of 5-10 people, and maintaining accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a private sector health care institution, facility, or clinic, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on attention to detail.
