Job Summary

Vitality Integrative Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 people, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting, inventory management, and data analysis
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage routine office functions, including record-keeping and billing
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Work Environment
