Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on our equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of preventative maintenance programs.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure adherence to maintenance programs.
  • Plan and adhere to work schedules consistent with the needs of the plant and maintenance programs.
  • Maintain proper log books of all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of critical replacement parts.
  • Participate in Health & Safety initiatives of the plant.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Red Seal Millwright certification.
  • Excellent welding and fabrication skills.
  • Technical expertise with hydraulics, pumps, motors, conveyors, shaft alignment, pulleys, belts, and bearings.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
