Job Summary

Lumera Solar Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Inspection and Optimization: Conduct regular inspections of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure that we are meeting our production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
