Your Role

A position in management at NBC involves contributing to the effective operation of your branch while ensuring consistent support and mentorship. As the Branch Operations Leader, you will be tasked with guiding and empowering your team to realize the strategic objectives of the Bank, fostering their professional growth along the way.

· Meet the financial performance goals of the branch by collaborating with your team to identify key behaviors and business development initiatives.

· Deliver tailored coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager, and the business development support team to enhance their capabilities and assist them in their career progression.

· Recruit, nurture, and evaluate the performance of your team members.

· Inspire the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

· Ensure adherence to established protocols regarding customer segmentation, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operational procedures.

· Act as the Compliance Officer for the Business Unit, overseeing all mutual fund representatives.

· Cultivate enduring relationships with branch customers through various initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

· Enhance service quality for small businesses by aligning advisor resources with the branch's market potential.

Basic Requirements

· 5 to 10 years of experience in management and coaching within a consulting or business development team.

· Experience in business development within the financial sector.

· College Diploma (DEC) and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, depending on the position level.

· Industry-related university certificate or PUB with 9 years of experience, depending on the position level.

· Bachelor's degree related to the industry with 5 to 7 years of experience, depending on the position level.

· Master's degree with 5 years of experience, depending on the position level.

· Must be a mutual fund representative.

· Must ensure compliance of the administrative unit or achieve this within 3-6 months of hiring.
