Your New Role
As Director of Branch Operations, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability at the branch level through sales development, margin maintenance, and operational efficiency. Specifically, this role will oversee the expansion of sales and market presence, manage customer experience quality while controlling costs and risks, and coordinate support functions (customer service, warehouse, and service department). As a leader, you will assume responsibility for supervising and directing the daily operations of the Quebec branch, including recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of employees.
What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a formal post-secondary education or equivalent work experience and at least seven years of experience in a comparable industry, including three years in a management position with supervisory responsibilities. You are enthusiastic about working in a family-owned entrepreneurial business and able to function both strategically and operationally. You are recognized for your excellent consultative sales skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven team environment.
