Your New Role
As Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in driving branch growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass managing sales development, maintaining margins, and ensuring branch operations efficiency. You'll focus on expanding sales, enhancing market presence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing costs effectively, mitigating risks, and coordinating support functions.
You will lead the daily operations of the Ottawa branch, including recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Formal post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in a similar industry, with at least three years in a managerial position.
- The ability to thrive strategically and operationally within a family-owned entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
