Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a medium to large-sized branch, overseeing daily operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging issues, ensuring the branch remains compliant and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Manage and oversee the overall discipline and strategy for the branch, aligning with enterprise best practices.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
