Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
