About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to join our team at 10065680 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan projects, including setting priorities, establishing deadlines, and ensuring procedures are followed.
    • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones.
    • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Oversee and coordinate payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and SharePoint.
    • Experience with Google Drive and other cloud-based applications.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
    • Organized and efficient with strong time management skills.
    Requirements
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
