Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing application support to our customers, troubleshooting software issues, and maintaining customer contact information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application behavior and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain procedural and diagnostic documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • University or college degree in a computer science or technology program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an application support environment.
  • Database experience, including SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
What We Offer
