We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at VRIT SERVICES. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.

Communication and Correspondence

You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, as well as performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Technology and Software

You will be proficient in using MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as other software applications as required.

Area of Specialization

You will have expertise in reports and records, invoices, and other administrative tasks.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

You will provide support to newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.

Support for Youths

You will offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.

Support for Visible Minorities

You will provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
