About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linens and towels.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, team player, and patience.
