This role is based in our organization, where we collaborate with partners to deliver innovative IT solutions. Our clients represent various business areas, and we lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with IT and assigned business lines to assess, research, analyze, and document business needs, and make configuration changes to resolve business systems issues by recommending solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services to business partners on new initiatives.
  • Lead detailed requirement phases, identifying, tracking, escalating, and/or resolving business systems issues.
  • Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs in accordance with enterprise project management frameworks and Agile or Iterative Waterfall deliverables.
  • Recommend business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, continually exploring and assessing options for value-add.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements and acceptance phases of projects.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using various techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a SAP HR Functional Analyst capacity, researching SAP HR-related issues, developing process maps, completing configuration, creating technical development specs, performing application testing, gathering business requirements, and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR processes.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HR, including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Payroll, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
  • Ability to lead meetings with and collect business requirements from various stakeholders from multiple areas – HR Business, HR Service Center, Technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors.
  • Fast learner with strong soft skills for relationship management with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP HR Academy Accreditation.
  • Experience on SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP NWDS and SAP Portal ITS.
  • Experience with SAP tools (e.g., email notifications, workflow, portal).
  • Technical Knowledge (strongly preferred): Working knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules as well as ESS and MSS.
  • Worked in an agile or iWF environment.
