Job Summary

What is the Opportunity?

This role is based in our technology division, where we collaborate with partners from across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions.

As a Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with IT and assigned business line(s) to assess, research, analyze and document SAP HR business and systems needs, and make SAP configuration changes to resolve business systems issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to business partners on new initiatives (small to large of varying complexity).
  • Lead detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business systems issues.
  • Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  • Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of Requirements and Acceptance phases of projects.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working in a SAP HR Functional Analyst capacity.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HR, including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Payroll, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
  • Ability to lead meetings with and collect Business Requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with third party vendors.
  • Fast learner with strong soft skills for relationship management.
