About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Barry Glotman. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our residence and its occupants by following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform.
