Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Mohinder Kaur Taluja. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including shopping for food and household supplies and washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
