Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Barry Glotman. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding, with bending, crouching, and kneeling required.
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • Uniform provided.
