Portfolio Analytics and Reporting Director

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the optimization of portfolio monitoring processes and procedures across Private Capital. This role will be responsible for establishing a consistent approach, processes, and systems for portfolio monitoring across all verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creation of a centralized Private Capital Portfolio Monitoring team and establish appropriate processes and systems to drive consistent reporting, cashflow forecasting, and cash management.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve the investment process for Private Capital, including the adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with investment teams, business management, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of objectives and provide a critical connection point between Private Capital and other teams across the firm.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, analyze financial statements, and conduct research and due diligence on industry trends and developments.
- Provide analysis for existing and prospective clients, prepare scenario analysis, and support the investment teams on closing and funding new investments.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of front or middle-office experience in private markets, portfolio monitoring, risk management, or another relevant field.
- Proven ability to lead others to achieve high performance and exceptional understanding of performance measurement and portfolio analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with our people and partners and influence appropriately across functions.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, plus a performance bonus and participation in our profit-sharing program. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that reflects our appreciation for our employees' commitment to our values and goals.
