We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the optimization of portfolio monitoring processes and procedures across Private Capital. This role will be responsible for establishing a consistent approach, processes, and systems for portfolio monitoring across all verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creation of a centralized Private Capital Portfolio Monitoring team and establish processes for consistent reporting, cashflow forecasting, and cash management.
- Implement and adopt systems that improve the investment process for Private Capital, such as the new IBOR (SimCorp Dimensions).
- Day-to-day leadership and oversight of the portfolio monitoring team, collaborating with Private Capital teams and other stakeholders across the firm.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, analyze financial statements, and conduct research on industry trends and developments.
- Provide analysis for existing and prospective clients, prepare scenario analysis, and support the investment teams on closing and funding new investments.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of front or middle-office experience in private markets, portfolio monitoring, risk management, or a related field.
- Experience establishing new processes and implementing enterprise systems to create scalable solutions.
- Proven credit or equity investment monitoring and risk assessment skills, with a passion for asset management and driving operational effectiveness.
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, plus a performance bonus and participation in our profit-sharing program. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a profit-sharing program and share ownership opportunities.
