We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the optimization of portfolio monitoring processes and procedures across Private Capital. This role will be responsible for establishing a consistent approach, processes, and systems for portfolio monitoring across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of a centralized Private Capital Portfolio Monitoring team and establish appropriate processes and systems to drive consistent reporting, cashflow forecasting, and cash management.
  • Ensure new processes and practices are adopted by investment teams and appropriate documentation is in place.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing content and facilitate engagement with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • A minimum of 10 years of front or middle-office experience in private markets, portfolio monitoring, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience establishing new processes and implementing enterprise systems to create scalable solutions.
  • Passion for asset management, driving operational effectiveness, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Exceptional understanding of performance measurement and portfolio analytics.
What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, plus a performance bonus and participation in our profit-sharing program. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that reflects our appreciation for our employees' commitment to excellence.
