Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Ridall Pest Control.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate tasks to office support staff.
  • Office Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data, prepare reports, and maintain correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, urban area.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
