About the Role

The Client Success & Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and relationship-building initiatives, supporting clients by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships with Leger.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities within the advertising industry, leveraging cold calls, emails, and networking to establish connections.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to close customer deals, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  3. Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide proactive solutions.
  5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly, driving continuous improvement and client retention.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client feedback and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a strong asset.
  2. 1 year' experience in sales, with a proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals; experience in the advertising industry is a strong asset.
  3. 1 year' experience with CRM software and sales tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  4. 1 year' experience with Microsoft Suite, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
