Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor to join our team at our Rivière-du-Loup facility. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, supporting managers with workforce planning, development, and organization, and promoting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
  • Support managers with workforce planning, development, and organization
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Intermediate-level English language proficiency (ability to communicate with candidates and employees in English)
  • Spanish language proficiency (an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
