About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ergotherapist to join our team at Groupe Roy Santé. As an Ergotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote independence and functional ability
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Ergotherapy or related field
  • Current certification in Ergotherapy (e.g. CER)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ergotherapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
