Ergotherapist in Pediatrics

Job Summary:

Kinatex Sports Physio, a leading network of rehabilitation clinics in Quebec, is seeking a highly skilled ergotherapist in pediatric care to join our team at Kinatex Proactif Chambly.

About the Role:

• Provide exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities.
• Create a trusting relationship with patients and conduct thorough assessments of their condition.
• Foster independence and autonomy in patients.
• Facilitate patients' return to their community and daily activities.
• Optimize patients' participation in activities they value.
• Offer expertise in evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services for patients with various needs.
• Ensure regular follow-up with patients and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Member of the Quebec Order of Occupational Therapists.
• Experience in private clinic ergotherapy (an asset).
• Experience in pediatric ergotherapy, fine motor skills, TSA, and hypersensitivity (an asset).
• Interest/formation in mental health.
• Interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Team player.
• Comfortable communicating in French and English.
