About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ergotherapist to join our team at Groupe Roy Santé. As an Ergotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and set realistic goals
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ergotherapy to ensure the highest level of care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Ergotherapy or a related field
  • Current certification in Ergotherapy
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
