We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Newcrest Mining Limited. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Post-graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
- Chartered Professional of Human Resources designation (CPHR) is considered an asset
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in mining and understanding of Project Management is an asset
- Demonstrates people leadership skills
- Solid understanding of HR and Labour Relations practices
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking abilities

- Self-motivated and takes initiative
