We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Aerospace Records Administrator. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update a computerized maintenance tracking system for aircraft scheduling.
  • Input and monitor aircraft operational data within our maintenance software.
  • Collaborate with maintenance planning teams to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and organize maintenance documentation and files.
  • Ensure accurate entries in aircraft technical logs.
  • Oversee the filing of log sheets, work orders, and associated maintenance records.
  • Conduct data entry related to aircraft technical history and records management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technical Records or Aviation Maintenance is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to obtain a clear Record of Conduct.
