We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rocky River Grill LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to our diverse customer base.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
