Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
