Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YOUR DOLLAR STORE WITH MORE. Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 1-6 months of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
