Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YOUR DOLLAR STORE WITH MORE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, with a focus on sales floor supervision and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
