Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

YOUR DOLLAR STORE WITH MORE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and resolve customer complaints
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
