Overview:
As an Integrated Library Systems Officer, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation and maintenance of our library's integrated systems. Your expertise will ensure that our library services are efficient and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the functionality of the integrated library system, ensuring it meets the needs of library users.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and users, enhancing their experience with the system.
• Collaborate with library personnel to improve system operations and user engagement.

Required Qualifications:
• A diploma in library technology or a related field from an accredited institution, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven experience with integrated library systems and a strong understanding of library practices.
• Ability to offer technical assistance and training to users effectively.

Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts, coding, and data exchange protocols.
• Experience in utilizing analytics tools to generate insightful reports.
