We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1037502 BC Ltd. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and maintain the organization of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and meets the needs of our team.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Cultural Competence
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
