We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in data analysis and design, working with subject matter experts and business representatives to understand current data and define mapping requirements, and documenting field mapping and migration rules.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in data analysis and design, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processes.
- Collaborate with SMEs and business representatives to understand current data and define mapping requirements, resolving discrepancies and providing testing support.
- Document field mapping, migration rules, and develop user test cases for migration test runs.
- Collect and formulate business requirements through interviews and user discussions.
- Document functional requirements, business processes, use-cases, and other project artifacts.
- Write, execute, and debug SQL queries to confirm data completeness, correctness, and data quality.
- Leverage industry profiling tools, such as SAP Information Steward, to create data scorecards and maps for inbound data feeds.
- Prior experience in data migration and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and migration rules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
