Job Description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, and TI sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising various projects, utilizing their diverse skillset and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project specifications with stakeholders and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage contracts and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Review shop drawings and manage RFIs and Submittals, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Plan project requirements and develop schedules, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Supervise project staff and chair project meetings, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in financial project reporting, providing accurate and timely data.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles, with a focus on best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Project Management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
