About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at White Elephant Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Budgeting and Expenditure Management

Plan, control, and manage the company's budget and expenditures to optimize financial performance.

Policy and Procedure Development

Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Investment Strategy and Management

Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.

Financial Data Analysis and Reporting

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of financial data to inform business decisions.

Senior Management Advisory

Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business growth and development.

Project Management and Coordination

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
