Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at TYCROP Trailers Inc. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating Sales Team activities to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Liaise with the COO to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with TTI's capabilities and market demands.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Dealer Management: Execute a dealer network strategy based on market research, negotiate new dealer contracts, and evaluate and monitor contract performance.
  • Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Aftermarket Sales Support: Oversee all aftermarket sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to product performance.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare reporting on sales performance and targets.
  • People Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance, while leading training and motivating the team as needed.
