- Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Training Oversight: Design and implement training and development strategies for staff.
- Communication: Respond to electronic inquiries and maintain effective communication channels.
- Reporting: Supervise the preparation of reports and documentation for management review.
- Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to senior management on administrative matters.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
