About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nethourglass Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless technical support and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Linux, file management software, Python, C++, MS Office, spreadsheet, wireless networks, WordPress, HTML.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work environment.
