Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor at Costa's Food Market plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment. This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Training: Conduct hiring processes and facilitate training sessions for new employees.
  • Merchandise Returns: Authorize the return of products as per company policy.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to achieve operational goals.

This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
