Retail Store Manager

At Drifters Motel & Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store image.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, maintain store displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
